Convert Images

CollectMax allows you to convert compact documents to normal documents and some image types to PDF

Converting Compact Documents

Click the button on a Debtor's account to display the images attached to the account.

Compact documents are documents typically batch merged documents or batch imported documents. To identify compact document, look for images with no EXT. Compact Documents cannot be modified, exported or converted to PDF.

If you wish to modify or export a compact document, you must first convert it to a normal document. Highlight the image and click the button.

Select to convert the document To Normal. A confirmation message will be displayed.

Select the button to continue with the conversion process. Click the button to stop the conversion process.

Once the conversion is complete the image will be a Word or Word Perfect Document depending on the word processor you have chosen to use with CollectMax.

Now that the document has converted, you will be able to modify, export or convert to PDF.

Converting an Image to PDF

Click the button on a Debtor's account to display the images attached to the account.

Only Word Perfect and actual image type documents such as .jpg, .tif and .bmp can be converted to PDF. Office, compact document and other no image image types cannot be converted to PDF.

If you wish to convert an image to PDF, click to highlight the image and click the button.

Select To PDF to begin the conversion process. A conversion confirmation message will be displayed.

Select the button to continue with the conversion process. Click the button to stop the conversion process.
